The Journal of Researches in Mechanics of Agricultural Machinery is a quarterly scholarly journal published by Shahrekord University, Iran. Established in 2012, it publishes research in biosystems mechanical engineering and the application of machinery and engineering technologies in agriculture and related industries.
Journal Scope
The journal considers research on the design, development and evaluation of agricultural machinery; food processing machinery and engineering; postharvest technologies; internal combustion engines and energy in agriculture; the physical and mechanical properties of agricultural products; human factors engineering; and precision agriculture. Studies using modelling, simulation, instrumentation, machine vision or artificial intelligence are within the journal’s scope when they have a clear connection to biosystems mechanical engineering. The journal is fully open access. The full text of every article is freely available immediately upon publication, without a subscription or access fee. Peer review and publication ethics:
Manuscripts undergo double-anonymous peer review: reviewers do not know the authors’ identities, and authors do not know the reviewers’ identities. In addressing publication ethics matters, the journal follows the principles and guidance of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). The journal examines submissions for originality, appropriate attribution and potentially problematic text overlap. Article charges:
