According to the decision of the editorial board, if the active reviewers of the journal submit a paper to the journal, the following points are considered for their paper (if the referee's name is one of the top three authors)

• Submit to more than three active referees of the journal
• Priority of publication in the journal (as far as possible in the first issue)

Note: at each step, the author can make the corrections requested by the journal up to two times. The paper will be excluded from the refereeing process if the author does not make corrections.
