The Journal of Researches in Mechanics of Agricultural Machinery was established in 2012 to publish scientific and specialized knowledge in all topics of Mechanical Engineering of Biosystem, Such as Agricultural Machinery Design, Food Machinery, Internal combustion engines, Post-harvest technology engineering of agricultural products, Automation in agriculture, Engineering of human factors in the field of agriculture and related sciences.

This journal continues its publication by receiving an official license from the Publications Commission of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology in 2016, by license number 2659/18/3, ISSN print number of 6906-2345, and electronic ISSN number of 0705-2783, in the order of the quarterly. Shahrekord University is the concessionaire of this journal and has gained scientific-research credit by advances in the fields covered by Mechanical Engineering of Biosystem. This journal is currently indexed/listed in these databases and libraries: ISC, CABI, SID, MAGIRAN, and Google Scholar.
