Short-Term Wind Power Forecasting Using a Hybrid Deep Learning Model

چکیده
به دلیل ماهیت متغیر و غیرقطعی باد، پیش‌بینی دقیق توان تولیدی توربین‌های بادی برای یکپارچه‌سازی این منبع تجدیدپذیر در شبکه برق و مدیریت بهینه عملیات، امری حیاتی است. این مطالعه یک چارچوب ترکیبی یادگیری عمیق را برای پیش‌بینی کوتاه‌مدت دقیق پیشنهاد می‌نماید. مدل پیشنهادی، با ادغام متوالی شبکه عصبی کانولوشنی (CNN) و حافظه بلندمدت-کوتاه‌مدت (LSTM) هم‌زمان می‌تواند الگوهای محلی و وابستگی‌های کوتاه‌مدت را از طریق لایه‌های (CNN) و وابستگی‌های زمانی بلندمدت از طریق لایه‌های (LSTM) موجود در داده‌های سری‌زمانی را استخراج و مدل‌سازی نماید. داده‌های مورد استفاده، داده‌های واقعی و عملیاتی سیستم نظارتی توربین‌های بادی در منطقه منجیل ایران طی یک دوره یکساله (اردیبهشت ۱۴۰۳ تا فروردین ۱۴۰۴) است. پس از حذف داده‌های پرت، کاهش نویز و نرمال‌سازی مجموعه‌ای از متغیرهای کلیدی شامل سرعت باد، سرعت روتور، سرعت ژنراتور و دماهای اجزای حیاتی توربین به عنوان ویژگی‌های ورودی انتخاب شدند. عملکرد مدل ترکیبی پیشنهادیCNN-LSTM با سه مدل پایه یادگیری ماشین (رگرسیون خطی، جنگل تصادفی و گرادیانت بوستینگ) بر اساس معیارهای ارزیابی رایج ریشه میانگین مربعات خطا (RMSE)، میانگین قدر مطلق خطا (MAE) و ضریب تعیین (R²) مقایسه شد. نتایج مطالعه به وضوح برتری مدل ترکیبی را نشان دادند. مدلCNN-LSTM با کمترین میزان خطا MAE و بالاترین ضریب تبیین 892/0=R²، عملکردی به‌مراتب بالاتر از مدل‌های مقایسه‌ای داشت. تحلیل‌های همبستگی نشان دادند که متغیرهای مرتبط با سرعت باد، بیشترین تأثیر را بر توان خروجی داشتند. همچنین، نمودارهای سری زمانی و پراکندگی تطابق نزدیک پیش‌بینی‌های مدل با مقادیر واقعی، توانایی آن در ردیابی نوسانات پیچیده، تغییرات فصلی و حتی رویدادهای گذرا را به‌خوبی نشان داد.

این مطالعه نشان داد که روش‌های ترکیبی یادگیری عمیق به دلیل توانایی ذاتی در مدل‌سازی روابط غیرخطی و چندمقیاسی راهکاری کارآمد برای چالش پیش‌بینی توان بادی به‌شمار می‌آیند. استفاده از این مدل، گامی اساسی به سوی بومی‌سازی و توسعه راهکارهای هوشمند مدیریت انرژی‌های تجدیدپذیر در کشور محسوب می‌شود.
