طراحی، ساخت و ارزیابی سامانه کنترل الکترونیکی درصد لغزش برای تراکتور MF285

چکیده
در این تحقیق یک سامانه کنترل الکترونیکی درصد لغزش، طراحی، ساخت و بر روی تراکتور مسی فرگوسن مدل 285 نصب و عملکرد مزرعه‌ای آن ارزیابی گردید. یک حسگر چرخش‌سنج برای اندازه‌گیری سرعت واقعی تراکتور و یک حسگر مغناطیسی برای اندازه‌گیری سرعت تئوری بکار برده شد. با ارسال سیگنال‌های خروجی از حسگرها به پردازشگر مرکزی، پردازشگر پس از محاسبة درصد لغزش و مقایسة آن با مقدار تنظیمی، مقدار خطا را محاسبه و مطابق آن موتور پله‌ای، شیر کنترل روغن را می‌چرخاند. متناسب با چرخش شیر کنترل، سامانه اتصال سه نقطه، عمق شخم گاوآهن را تغییر داد تا درصد لغزش چرخ‌های محرک تراکتور در محدوده مجاز، ثابت نگه داشته شود.

نتایج واسنجی حسگرها نشان داد که خطای سامانه اندازه‌گیری درصد لغزش در شرایط مزرعه‌ای حدود دو درصد بود. آزمون‌های مزرعه‌ای برای سامانه‌های کنترل در دو سطح ( الکترونیکی و مکانیکی)، سرعت پیشروی در چهار سطح (5/2، 5/3، 5/4 و 2/6 کیلومتر بر ساعت) و مقادیر تنظیمی در سه سطح (درصد لغزش برای سامانه الکترونیکی ( سطح 1 (10%)، سطح 2 ( 15%) و سطح 3 (20%)) و موقعیت اهرم کنترل کشش برای سامانه مکانیکی (کم (سطح 1)، متوسط (سطح 2)، زیاد (سطح 3))، در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی در خاک شنی لومی اجرا گردید. نتایج نشان داد که درصد لغزش در سامانه الکترونیکی در مقایسه با سامانه مکانیکی به میزان 35، 43 و 49 درصد به ترتیب در مقادیر تنظیمی 1، 2 و3 کاهش یافته است. کاهش درصد لغزش در سامانه الکترونیکی باعث کاهش سوخت مصرفی به میزان 11، 31 و 36 درصد به ترتیب در مقادیر تنظیمی 1، 2 و 3 گردید. بین میانگین سوخت مصرفی دو سامانه در تمامی سرعت‌های مشابه اختلاف معنی‌دار وجود داشت، طوری که سوخت مصرفی در سامانه الکترونیکی نسبت به سامانه مکانیکی کمتر بود.
